“The main goal of this project was to create a concept of a lively, community-oriented neighborhood that is integrated with the environment and concentrated on the quality of human life. In view of this, the project was developed by a special team of architects and urban planners. We placed much emphasis on making the inhabitants feel both in the city center and surrounded by nature. All the buildings are positioned towards public spaces, garden squares, or parks. We also aimed for a view of either the forest or the Kaunas City to open through the windows. Besides, each residential quarter is designed by different teams of architects to make sure that the harmony of different features, styles, and designs contributes to the vitality and achievement of this common idea.”, Tadas Jonauskis
